Questions about pricing
- What happens to my stories if I cancel?
- You keep Core until the end of the paid period. After that, the archive remains readable and your data export stays available; new recordings, fresh AI generation, and print-ready PDF book downloads need an active plan.
- How much recording is included?
- Core includes 24 Story Hours a year — a full day — pooled across the whole family and used whenever you like. New recordings use their actual length; fresh AI work such as new narration, restyling, or book rendering may use a little of the same pool. Reading, manual text edits, sharing, data exports, original playback, and returning to saved or cached versions do not.
- What if we need more than 24 hours?
- You can add more Story Hours when you need them: +5 hours for €15, or +10 hours for €25. Add-ons are one-time purchases and do not expire while Core is active.
- Can I start digital-only and make a book later?
- Yes. Core is the digital archive: record, organize, edit, export, and invite family now. When you are ready for a printed book, you only pay for the book itself — €40 for Classic or €80 for Premium if you already have Core.
