Gift questions, answered
- Does the gift code expire?
- No — never. The recipient starts whenever they are ready, and their year of Storykept begins when they redeem the code, not when you buy it. There is no deadline on making the book either.
- What exactly does the gift include?
- A full year of Storykept for the whole family — recording, unlimited members, the living archive — and one printed full-colour hardcover, Classic or Premium. Extra copies later cost only the book itself, and a Classic gift can go toward a Premium book by paying just the difference.
- What if they are not comfortable with technology?
- They never need an app, an account, or a password to record — they tap a private link and start talking. You (or another family member) can manage the account and send the links; the storyteller just tells stories.
- When does the printed book arrive?
- Whenever the family decides the stories are ready — after a month or after the whole year. The gift includes a prepaid book credit, so when it is time, you choose the stories, preview the book, and order it. Nothing is printed until you say so.
